Eggplant With Sambai

Good morning from here, Steemians! Seeking for idea for lunch today. What about eggplant? I mean eggplant in very very spicy way.. :D. Easy to cook. Let's try.

Ingridients

• Eggplant
• Shallot
• Red chilli
• Tomato
• Cooking oil
• Salt

Instructions

Chop the eggplant and heat 4 tbsp cooking oil

Fry the eggplant, let it turns brown (turn it upside down too)
