Choco Mud Balls
Hi Steemians. Come come! I get you sweet muddy balls. I have made a big mud cake but kids wouldn't finish it whole as a cake after a day. This is a delicious cake but too waste to let it sit the fridge. So, got and idea to change it into these! Choco Mud Balls. :)
It was a really busy time making these cake. I tried hard not to ruin these mud balls, but I did. So, no photo while coating because the chocolate was on my fingers. I even tried not to sweat into. :D
What I have:
- Half Mud Cake (or prefer to what leftover cake you have)
- 100 gr butter, melted
- Dark Cooking Chocolate
- White choclate
Instructions:
- Scratch the cake, mix with melted butter
- Make into ball shape then freeze for 2 hours
- Take out form the fridge
- Melt down the chocolate
- Coat the cake with chocolate and chill.
- Top with white chocolate and serve.
Sweet and so melted inside. To be honest, it was more delicious!

Wah ini perlu di coba. Sebentar lagi udah masuk Adventwoche, mulai musim kue-kue disini... Bisa jadi alternatif nih, ngga bikin nastar dan lidah kucing melulu hehehe. Nastar bikinnya ribet LOL.
Adventwoche...? Tradisi Jerman kah? Iya nih, bisa dicoba. Lumeer bngt. Btw, nastar n lidah kucing....fav jg tuh dsni. 😁
Itu 4 minggu sebelum natal... biasanya bikin Kranz (lingkaran dari ranting, itu yg orisinil, sekarang banyak yg bikin dari kawat juga haha...dihias pake daun2an..paling cakep daun pohon keluarga spesies cemara tentunya, dikasih 4 lilin, tiap minggu dinyalain 1 sampai Natal tiba. Namanya hari raya, sama aja kayak lebaran lah, langsung musim kue-kue hahaha. Desember itu bulan gagal diet pokoknya. :-D
Selain itu, begitu masuk Minggu Advent mulai deh pasar malamnya buka... ^_^
Persis lebaran di Indonesia... sayangnya ngga ada yang jualan martabak telor, tahu petis dan pisang molen wkwkwk... Yang persis mah cuma gula kapas Harum manis warna-warni itu.. Disini juga banyak yg jual gula kapas di pasar malam natal hahaha.
Cuma dulu malu juga mo beli... Sekarang dah ada anak, bisa buat alesan wkwkwk.
