Choco Coffee Roll Cakes

I just couldn't stop making roll cake. This week, I made it into a coffee taste roll cake.

Ingredients:

• 4 white eggs
• 4 yolks
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 120 gr sugar
• 80 gr flour
• 40 gr cocoa powder
• 30 gr vegetable oil
• 40 gr milk
• 1 sachet instant coffee
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Filling:

• Buttercream
• Cinnamon Powder (optional)
• Chocolate

Topping:

• Chocolate

Instructions:

1. Beat the egg white and lemon juice in high speed, add sugar gradually until form a soft peak.
2. Add in egg yolks and whisk or you can use spatula, use folding technique.
3. Shift flour gradually and whisk thoroughly.
4. Mix together oil, milk and instant coffee. Pour into the batter, whisk well.
5. Pour the batter into mold.
6. Bake 120 C for 25 minutes.
7. Take out from the oven and roll. Chill.
8. Fill in with buttercream, roll and store in fridge.
9. Top with melted chocolate.
10. Serve.
