Beurnee Sagee - A Traditional Desert

How was your day, Steemians? Tired after the day? Well, just remind you, what ever you do, please don't forget to be happy. Let's make it a perfect day with several cups of Berne Sagee. This is our ancient desert of Aceh. Sagee means sagoo, it processed from sagoo palm tree and easily find in tropical lands. Well, I guess you should try this and see my recipe. :)

This is one of Sagoo kind. We call this Sagee Beurnee

Making process

Place in pan then pour water, add screwpine leaf. Stir.

Heat the pan, add in salt and palm sugar.

Keep stirring until it becomes thick and sticky. Chill to let cool then pour to cups.

Pour coconut cream and serve.
