Beef Rib Soup

Hey guys! Do you remember last time you see the rain this month? Because I don't. The sun is so generous with its heat. Anyway, that's not a reason for me to quit on fat. Otherwise, soak in the heat of the sun within sport suit is an instant idea to make you sweat :D.

Well, my kids always love soup. Eating rice with a lot of vegetables stew is their favorite.

Beef Ribs Soup, here we come!

Ingredients:

• 1 kg beef rib
• Lime
• Salt
• cinnamon
• bay leaves
• star anise
• cloves
• Broccoli
• Cauli Flower
• Carrot
• Potato
• Spring union
• celery
• Tomato

Spice

• 3 shallot
• 10 garlic
• 1 tsp mace
• ginger
• 1/2 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp pepper

Instructions:

1. Wash the ribs and squeeze lime and sprinkle salt.
2. Boil until shimmering for a while.
3. Smooth the all the spice then add into the ribs stew, add some salt.
4. When the ribs is cooked then add all the vegetables, (except broccoli).
5. Last, add at once broccoli, tomato, spring union and celery then turn of the heat.
6. Serve.

Now what do you think we need, guys? Yup! We need a bowl of rice. :D
