Banana Cupcakes

Banana lovers! I am coming right from my kitchen to you. Today will share you my recipe; Banana cupcake! keep up.

Ingredients:

• 5 bananas (mash up)
• 75 gr flour
• 75 sugar
• 3 eggs
• 75 gr cooking oil
• 5 gr yeast
• Cheese

Instructions:

1. beat eggs and sugar till firm
2. add in cooking oil (keep stirring)
3. add in flour
4. add in bananas

5. add in yeast, whisk until well combined

6.wrap and bear for an hour

7.Put in the cup molds, heat in 150 c for 30 minutes.

Take out from the oven. Let them cool down for 5 minutes then take out from molds. Sprinkle cheese and done!
