How to make a quick and easy Japanese sushi
First and foremost make sure that your hands are clean because you got to make this whole process with your bare hand's
So here is my recipe:
This is the Japanese washabi powder
Half kilo of japanese rice
Half kilo of sticky rice
1/4 cup of washabi
Half cup of rice vinegar (adjust to your taste)
1/4 cup of sugar dissolved in sugar
1tbs.Soy sauce
nori
For flavoring:
Kane sticks (crab sticks)
Cucumbers
Mangoes
Here are the steps:
- rinse the rice with a strainer and combine it with water.
Bring it to boil, adjust the flame to low.
Cover and let it cook for 25 min. Rice should be tender and water is absorbed.Let it cool enough for you to handle.
2)in a saucepan combine rice vinegar with sugar ,soy sauce. Cook in medium heat until sugar totally disolve.Let it cool and stir into cook rice. Keep on stirring and rice will dry as it cools.
Prepare the bamboo roller together with nori
Put the rice top with washabi together with your desired flavor
Roll it
Slice it for a bite size
Thats it!
