Maracuya delicacy

In this opportunity, I bring you a recipe that is quite simple but that will give your days a moment of joy. It is a Maracuya delicacy. So prepare the kitchen, look for the ingredients that we are going to start.

Ingredients

  • 2 maracuya pulps
  • 6 tablespoons battered corn starch
  • 150gr of sugar (It can be more, everything depends on the amount of pulp obtained from the fruit)
  • 1.1 liters of water
  • A spoonful of unflavored gelatin (optional but recommended)

Procedure

  • slightly Blend the fruit pulp in the liter of water, only to loosen the pulp of the seed and prevent it from being crushed.
  • Add the juice in a saucepan, cook over medium heat and add the sugar.
  • Dissolve corn starch in 100ml of water
  • When the juice begins to boil, add the corn starch and mix well until it begins to harden.
  • Cook for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • Place the mixture in a refractory container of your choice.
