Italian specialty: Lettuce with pumpkin and cheese

Very pungent specialty and three kinds of lazanja cheeses, which everyone likes, turns into something new, delightful discovery!

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of pumice
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 spoon of spices,
  • White pepper,
  • 12 lazanje sheets
  • Salt,
  • 100 g of gorgonzola,
  • 50 g of mozzarella,
  • 15 g of parmesan.

For beshamel sauce:

  • 50 g of butter,
  • 50 g of grated wheat flour,
  • 1 l milk
  • 1 tsp white pepper,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

Pumpkins wash and sneeze in thin slices. Boil in butter, sprinkle the spices and remove from the fire.

Loosen the boil in salt water (2-3 minutes), in which you put some drops of oil to prevent the sheets from sticking, or use unheated lazanje.

For bésamel sauce, slowly butter the butter in butter. Gradually shoot warm milk by mixing it continuously until you get polished dense composition. Add spices, sprinkle and, if necessary, salt.

At the bottom of the fire-resistant bowl (30 x 19 cm), sprinkle a little bassamel, place a lazanje rope over them, spread them on bait, pumice, grated marmalade or minced gorgonzola.

In it, make the lazanjas sheets and repeat the procedure so that on the last leaf of the lazanje you can put bassamel, grated cheese on grate and parmesan cheese.

Bake about 25 minutes in the oven heated to 220 degrees Celsius, transmits Telegraph.
