Waikiki Chicken

I love to eat this when i go to Hawaii. Its super easy to make as well. So heres a step by step. Sorry not in normal format but its so easy and small.
Three big chicken breast boneless cut into chunks. Now season with salt and pepper and coat with flour. Should be nicely coated. Now brown in oil.

Once golden brown remove chicken from pan and discard the excess oil. Now combine 1 cup crushed pineapple, 1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and 4 tsp of ground ginger.

Pour mix over chicken, which has been placed in a baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350F* degrees. This will serve four people. Sever over Rice. For spice add half of a small jalapeno .
