Fancy Bar Food? The Potatoe Skins challange

Here I wanted to show the other side of my work. Bar food can be great. So I tried a fancy Potatoe skins recipe.
I was testing recipes last night. A little sloppy but you get the idea.

What's in it you ask?
Red potatoes
Beer cheeze
Shredded Cheese
Bacon
Diced Jalapeno
Sour Cream
Dragontail Sauce aka spicy bbq with a sweet bourban mayo and cayenne pepper.

sweetness. What do you like to make, beer wise?
