When ungkoet bace and boeh Jantong meets
Ungkoet bace is a kind of fish that only lives in brackish water. So It's impossible to find ungkot bace at the ocean. Many techniques that can be used in cooking this kind of fish. We can directly just fried it, or we can also cook it like cooking another fish.
The incredible taste will come when we cook ungkot bace by mixing with boeh Jantong pisang. Boeh Jantong pisang means a part boeh banana tree that grow at the tip of banana.
