Seared Pom Pom Mushroom Steak

One of the best steaks that I have eaten was totally vegan. It came from a vegan restaurant that specializes in all kinds of entrees that even meat eaters would enjoy.

The texture of the mushrooms and the flavor was just right. I also had some vegetable spring rolls with a turmeric sauce.
