Accidental invention of Chocolate chip cookies !

Legend has it that Chocolate chip cookies was actually invented by accident. In 1938 , the owner of a restaurant in Massachusetts, Ruth Graves Wakefield ran out of baking chocolate one day. Instead, she added chopped pieces from Nestle chocolate bar to her cookies mix assuming that it will melt and turn the batter into chocolate brown. But those chocolate pieces remain intact and that's how the chocolate chip cookies were born !
