Which type of rice are you using? Japanese rice or normal fragrant rice? Does it matter?
I tried to make sushi at home previously, and it doesn't taste nice
Do you wait for the rice to become room temperature first or you mould it while it is still hot?
It is easy when I read your recipe but it does't turn out nice when I do it myself. I guess I need more experience
