Oh my God. your post is driving me crazy, I love Chocolate too much, i kind of felt like eating chocolate cake, but in my country It is not an easy task to bake a good one as shown in the pictures. You are such a good pastry cook.

I like to think that I am just relentless. If a cake(or food) comes out of the oven the wrong way, I will try, try again. Until I succeed.
