Brazilian food - Northeast Region
Hi guys, let me show you some local food from the northeast region of Brazil:
In the state of Ceará, a typical dish is the famous meat of the sun.
In the State of Bahia, one of the typical and most famous dishes is the Acarajé. It is made of black bean, fried in Dendê oil, stuffed with vatapá (bread, coconut milk, peanuts and cashew nuts), dried shrimp and vinaigrette.
In the state of Pernambuco, A typical snack is the Crab meat seasoned with tomato, onion, olive oil, garlic, coconut milk, coriander, wheat flour, eggs and black pepper.
Todays food description may sound weird to you, but trust me, All dishes are really delicious...
Cheers
I did try the meat of the sun and it is actually really good
