Spicy Tofu Sushi at Lemongrass in Murfreesboro, Tennessee!
I love sushi and being vegan has messed that up! Fortunately I just enjoyed some of the craziest dishes ever at Lemongrass Near Nashville, Tennessee as seen at http://lemongrassmurfreesboro.com/.
The vegetable rolls section made my day! While not technically 100% vegan or whole foods, close enough :)
I ordered the dynamite tofu and the crazy tofu at the recommendation of the waiter.
Hunger stuck I ate a couple pieces before I even took the pictures :)

I got in way over my head with these and was unable to even finish half!
Grateful for the service from these chefs!

Excellent. I love sushi! If you ever happen to be in the Flint, MI area, this place is fantastic for Japanese cuisine. I remember from a post you have some family in MI . . but this restaurant ROCKS

I do find it amazing how you can find good sushi in places that shouldn't have good, fresh fish. I remember being in Atlanta about 10 years ago and having some of the best sushi I'd ever had and wondering how they get such fresh, tasty fish there.
