This is one of our creations at the restaurant, The Barbecue Bowl. Rice, Cider Lime Slaw, Carnitas, my Cherry BBQ Sauce, Corn Salsa and Red Onions.

I didn’t have much time to blog today. We’re gearing up for a major weekend with the meal prep company. There’s a 20% discount running through the weekend, so I’m hoping to post a recipe tomorrow.

For now, I thought this was pretty, and deserved some love on the internet.
