Landang In The Holy Week!
Ingredients :
6 cups of coconut milk
3 cups of water
1 cup of sago
2-3 cups of landang
1/2 kilo of weet potato
3/4 kilo of saba banana
1/2 kilo of brown sugar
Instructions :
Add 3 cups of water in the sliced banana and sweet potato and let it boil for 20-30 mins under medium heat until tender. Important (ocassionally stir it every 5 mins. ).
When the sweet potato is tender enough add the sago stir it. After a minute add the brown sugar next.
Check if the brown sugar has dissolved properly. And add the coconut milk. Stir it ocassionally every minute. And let it boil for 5-10 minutes under medium heat
