Keumamah

Keumamah merupakan salah satu makanan khas rakyat aceh, makanan ini terbuat dari ikan tongkol yang dikeringkan (dijemur) lalu direbus dan kemudian diselai.

Ikan yang sudah dikeringkan (dijemur) di iris kecil-kecil. Proses pembuatannya yaitu dimasak dengan kuah kari yang kental dan dicampurkan kentang.
