As I was looking through pictures, I came across this delicious 'School Bread' (Skolebrød) that I ate last summer when I was visiting Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. It was located at the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway section of EPCOT. It was like a custard filled doughnut topped with more custard, icing and shredded coconut. A great treat on an awesome trip... and now I am hungry!

Mmmm friend @jeffjagoe, how delicious is this bread, I love that combination of colors and the coconut I like so much that makes it the most spectacular bread.
