Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Here's a look at a dish I recently got from one of my favorite restaurants, The Corner Brunch. It's a platter of three Cuban Breakfast Tacos served with a side of homefries. The breakfast tacos consisted of Slow Roasted Pork, Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Eggs, Mustard, Pickles, Salsa & Cilantro in Soft Corn Tortillas. All of the ingredients are fresh and flavorful.The Corner Brunch serves up some of the best, unique dishes around, and it's a must-stop if you're ever in town.
