Chicken Fajita Bagel Sandwich
A little while ago I decided to make this Chicken Fajita Bagel Sandwich for lunch. It was an epic, flavorful journey that I forgot to document for @jaybird's #steemitsandwichcontest. It would've been an easy winner in my humble opinion...
Regardless, I managed to snag one picture before devouring. The sandwich consisted of a New York Everything Bagel loaded with marinated grilled chicken and topped with lettuce, tomato, sauteed onions and peppers, shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole, bean dip, sour cream and jalepeño hot sauce. As you can see by the photo above, it was a top-notch mid-day meal.
