Chocolate cake

Yesterday cheesecake, today chocolate cake, sounds like a plan to me. A good chocolate cake needs to be moist (not overcooked), not too heavy, and have lots of chocolate of course, this can be milk, dark or white, or a mixture of all three. It must also have lots of icing.



Ok, so this one may be a bit on the heavy side, still moist and lots of chocolate, yum. Some fresh cream would go nicely with this.
