Many traditional Hawaiian diets have actually been brought from the Pacific Polynesian islands.

Now the diverse species of people in Hawaii islands have been linked to their own flavors, but still the zealous adaptation of traditional fans - the true interests of Hawaii.

POI – TRADITIONAL HAWAIIAN STAPLE DISH

1. Poi

The main and traditional filler in Hawaii cooking is called pork.

Poi is a thick paste made from taro root "It is similar to a yum or potato but it is flour-flavored with taste" but it is steamed or roasted and pounded. When integrated, the water is added to the mixture, creating a very sticky pudding as a constant.

It has a unique taste, which is a flour and a little sour from the light source in the preparation process. I can not get personally enough when I'm in Hawaii, but I can understand that I've used some of the taste and texture. I would like to see my little bowl paw "look down" little lamily-lomme salmon.

If you are really interested in trying to pour, you can buy in the form of powder, but the fresh flour is the best flavor.

HAWAIIAN LAULAU

2. Laulau

Traditional Hawaii Food is complete without a dish called Laluyu - this is one of my personal favorite dishes on this Hawaiian Food list.

Tarot is a well-respected plant, not only in Hawaii, but also in Polynesia and the Pacific Islands. When the tarot is made from the root, it is made from the leaves.

Traditionally, Loulou Tarro is made of wrapped pork in the leaves of the leaves and cooked in underground hot rock oven for hours until it changes the soft and smoky flavor. When the leaves become spinach like a steady, the meat is soft and juicy.

Nowadays you can easily find Hawaii, fish, chicken or pork loulou.

KALUA PIG

Another bigger of Hawaiian cuisine is the famous pork dish called the Pint Pig.

An underground oven (called an emu) is cooked, so the pork is slowly roasted, so it becomes very soft and has a remarkable smoky.

Pandu is similar to South American pork, but instead of tangy barbecue sauce it has a spice-wood smoke flavor. In my opinion, a nice big pile of kalua pork rice goes great!

POKE AND TAKO

4. Poke

The Hawaiian version of Poke Japanese Sasi (raw fish) - and for me, it is not much better than the pok - I'm in love and addicted. Every time I come back to Hawaii to visit the family, I only pay the first food I eat.

Instead of thin slicing of fish like Japanese sašimi, Hawaii bread works in bite-sized cardiac events. The most common type of fish is Ahah (tuna), but many other fresh saline fish are also commonly used.

You can try it out, and you can try from a lot of rubber mangoes to Shui to blow off, each using raw fish cubes but a different marinade combination. Common shoyu poke (soy sauce), good fish soy sauce, Hawaiian sea salt, sweet mao onions (they are very good if you can find some), and maybe some limu cubes, seasoned with a splash seasoned (the type of seaweed).

One of the latest and greatest innovations is the pock bowl and rice is owned by a bowl. If you go to the north coast of Owhu, check the supreme (which is mandatory) to Kahut.

LOMI SALMON

5. Lomi Salmon (lomi-lomi salmon)

Lomi Salmon belongs to Hawaii but is brought from other Pacific islands. This recipe is now part of the most traditional Hawaii cuisine and makes it great for pigeons.

Raw salmon is salted with salt and to be served with tomatoes, onions, and a few chili peppers. The result is what I call a Salmon Hawaiian style inspired to adorn the salsa, and it definitely works very well together.

Salmon's salty salad is a flavor attached to acid tomatoes and pungent onions.

CHICKEN LONG RICE

6. Chicken long rice

The chicken rice is not a traditional Hawaiian food recipe, but it becomes a prototype in many Hawaiian lions and meals.

First Chinese food-inspired dish and chicken are a mixture of clear mum bean noodles cooked in a long rice chicken soup. The result is a slurpy recipe with clear noodles, chicken pieces and often a pleasant gingery flavor. I think the chicken goes very well together with the Hawaiian food meal full of eating long rice.

7. Fruit (like pineapple and lilikoy)

Topping off of a great Hawaiian meal, it is very pleasant to enjoy some freshly grown Hawaiian fruit.

Hawaii islands have been known for their fruit in the past, but land and labor are very expensive, and the fruit industry in Hawaii has begun to decline. However, you can still get local fruit and become famous in tropical fruits such as pineapple and honey fruits (Liliko).
