Oooh yeah! The only way I could see this being better is if that bacon was covered in chocolate :) But maybe that's getting a bit to wild and crazy now... :)
Yeah, perhaps over the top with chocolate. To be honest, I have mixed chocolate and maple together before and I don't think I like it, not sure, I'll have to do some testing to be sure
