Cool snack in Japan

Hi Steemit Friends,

Was on a trip before and saw this cool snack that one of the rest stops.

From my understanding of it, its a special snack. The year of 2015 I am not sure about as it was taken recently but from words, I can read it is the 10th anniversary of the city is formed.

That snack looks great but nobody in my group wanted to share to try it so I didn't end up buying it.

I kind of regretted not buying it to try.
