Cooking Recipes: LAZY FRUITY TARTLETS WITHOUT COOKING
Hello, dear Steemians,
Hope that all of you are doing well.
My today's good thought is about daring:
"THE MEN ARE RARELY AFRAID OF LONG DISTANCES.
BUT VERY OFTHEN, IT IS THE FIRST STEP WHICH MAKES THEM FEEL SCARED". (Unknown)
Let's dare doing the things that we have always wanted to do, but for some reason, failed, till now!
Sometimes, I want to try a new, crazy recipe in my kitchen, don’t you?
This is the moment to try my latest recipe of a nice express dessert which (almost) doesn’t need cooking.
THE EXPRESS FRUITY TARTLETS.
Yes, yes! And besides, it is Express.
How is this possible?
Come in and look at that!
SERVINGS: 4
PREPARATION TIME: 1 hour 20 minutes
INGRIDIENTS:
(1) 60 grams of speculoos,
(2) 60 grams of butter,
(3) 4 fresh kiwis (or other fruits of your choice),
(4) 150 grams of dessert chocolate,
(5) 0,15 liter of liquid fresh cream.
HOW TO DO:
FOR THE TARTLETS’ BASE:
(1) I crumble the speculoos and mix them with the diced soft butter.
(2) Then, I pack the mixture into tartlet pans or cookie-cutters.
(3) I reserve it at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
FOR THE FILLING:
(1) I put the liquid cream to boil in a saucepan.
(2) Then, I break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and pour the boiling cream over to melt it. I mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
(3) Next, I pour the chocolate sauce over the tartlets.
(4) I reserve it again 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
FOR THE FRUITS:
(1) I peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices.
(2) Finally, I place the kiwi slices on the tarts before serving.
SOME IDEAS:
- You can replace the speculoos by your favorit biscuits.
- You can shorten your time of preparation and choose your own taste if you use the canned fruits of your choice (exotic salad, peers, apricots, etc.).
- You can add whipped cream on the top for a wonderful presentation.
Hourray ! I think some of us could become a supermum/superdad if we manage to do such a funny recipy with the kids!
What do you think, original?
