Cooking Recipes: Deviled Eggs Appetizers
Hello friends, what's cooking in your kitchen today? Is it a pot roast, a casserole, pizza? Am I even close? Anyway whatever the dish, I come bearing gifts or rather a gift. Excited? Well, it's an appetizer recipe for deviled eggs to soothe your tummy before the main course.
Here's what you will need:
• Six eggs
• 60 gms mayonnaise
• 5 ml white vinegar
• 5 gms yellow mustard
• 1 gm salt
• Ground black pepper
• Smoked Spanish paprika
Ready? Alright, now:
• In a single layer, place the eggs in a saucepan and fill it with water to a 3cm level above the eggs.
• Heat on high till the water boils then lower the heat to low and cook covered for a minute
• Remove from heat and leave uncovered for about 15 minutes after which run after cold water for a minute
• Crack the eggs and carefully peel and cut them into two lengthwise
• Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl and place the whites go on a platter
• Mash the yolks finely and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
• Using teaspoons evenly fill the egg whites with the mixture
• Season with paprika and serve hot
The first time I made deviled eggs I couldn't get enough of them, so I made them every day in the following week or was it two? That was until I discovered other appetizer recipes I'll also be sharing over time. But meanwhile, do enjoy these egg snacks and don't burn dinner lol.
