🥢 I love Chinese Food On Weekends 🥢🥣
What’s up Steemians & Foodies,
This was a gorgeous lunch. The whole family likes this Chinese dish. We make everything from scratch, including fried noodles, chicken gum bow and spring rolls. It is always worth to spend this time and usually we have leftovers for the next days.
For sure, you need time to do it. Therefore, we plan such things on weekends where we have enough time. The photos are from last Sunday. Gladly, the spring rolls are as well a leftover from last time. We keep them raw in the freezer and fry them fresh. Not the same as fresh ones, but very close.
The chicken gum boa is a great recipe with excellent flavor. For sure, you can add seasonal vegetables, which is ideal. During the summer times I add fresh herbs and vegetables out of my greenhouse. This makes it even more special. 😊
