Best Doner Kebab in Town (Homemade)

Do it by yourself! This is the easiest way to get the freshest and most delicious kebab ever.
On the photo, you see my kebab with toasted bread, fresh salad, juicy chicken, grilled vegetables and molten cheese. A heavenly combination of cheese, chicken, and bread. This is a real doner kebab. You can’t compare it with something you buy in a shop.
Some details on the ingredients:
- For the chicken I used a balsamic marinade and sliced it and frying.
- The bread is a flatbread, which was freshly toasted and it is a bit warm while eating.
- I used grilled paprika and braised zucchini to add more flavors and juiciness.
- The highlight is the molten cheese. This is a Camembert (oven cheese).
