That looks super easy and they look amazing. nice presentation. However, what is the raw ingredient that you started with in the first few pics? i couldnt really tell what it was. Was that just dough? I would love to make these, but not sure how hard it really is. im an ametuer cook, but I can do the basics. would you say this is a dish anyone could cook?

Forget the sous vide man, just cook them in milk. Cool down and peel. Then bake. I made these with egg white, flower and panko(Japanese bread crumb). Fry them in it and ready. Cheers
