Green Mussels
mussels 500g shelled (for 4 people);
½ cup white wine;
4 tablespoons flour;
Extra-virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons;
parsley qb;
2 garlic cloves;
ground pepper to taste
Procedure:
Wash the mussels.
In a large skillet put them together with the oil, salt and brown them slightly.
When they begin to stick to the pan, add half a glass of white wine and let evaporate.
Separately in a bowl dissolve the flour with water, mix well until mixture is smooth.
In another bowl prepare chopped parsley, garlic and chilli.
Putting it all together and cook for a few minutes.
