Chicken with peppers
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 600 g of chicken slices
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- ½ onion
- 400 g of tomato pulp
- extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup white wine
Preparation:
Take a large pan, let brown the onion with a little 'of olive oil. When the onion is browned, put the chicken and brown on both sides.
When browned, add the wine and let it evaporate, cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes.
Add the peppers cut into squares and deprived of seeds and flaps, then the tomato pulp and salt to taste.
Let it cook for another 20 minutes, the last 10 without a lid to dry the sauce (check if the peppers are cooked).
