Carbonara Sea
This is an original variation on Carbonara, for seafood lovers.
Ingredients for 4 people:
350g spaghetti
6 dried tomatoes
1 golden onion
250g monkfish
prawns 250g
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
100g pecorino romano
100g bacon
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
White wine for blending
Preparation
Bake the spaghetti.
Clean and wash the monkfish and let it into cubes. Clean the prawns and cut into large pieces. Cut the bacon into small cubes and brown them in a pan.
In another pan fry with a little oil the finely chopped onion, add the sun-dried tomatoes cut into pieces, the monkfish also joined and the shrimp, salt and pepper and add the 1/4 glass of white wine and let evaporate.
While cooking the pasta, beat three egg yolks and whole egg, Unitech pecorino cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and add it to the ingredients in the pan, also add the bacon, mix everything on low heat for about a minute.
Turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy your meal
