The most gorgeous and delicious buckwheat chocolate cookies in town! RECIPE included!

Hey there cuties,

Today I want to show you something extra delicious and super healthy. These are some of the most delicious cookies I've ever made.

Great source of fibre with that perfect sweetness and bitterness of chocolate accompanied with just a pinch of salt. It's here and you can make it yourself!

100 g unsalted butter
150 g buckwheat flour
60 g bittersweet chocolate
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
salt
70 g brown sugar
2 large eggs

Melt the butter. Mix in all dry ingredients (except for chocolate and cacao powder). Add eggs and warm butter to the dry ingredients mixture. CHOCOLATE PART: take a bowl, break the chocolate into little pieces and cover them in cacao powder. Add these to the mixture. Make cute cookies. Bake at 160C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some salt on top!
