YUMMY ASIAN STYLE STIR FRY WITH CHINESE CABBAGE [EASY VEGAN RECIPE] ♥

Hey you Asian Food Lovers out there! It's time for another Asian Style recipe, yay!

Today I'd like to share one of the easiest recipes EVER with you guys: An Asian style stir fry with Chinese cabbage and mushrooms. YUM! If you like this dish to be even more filling, you can add rice noodles or just normal rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese cabbage
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 rods of spring onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 large carrot
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • other ingredients of choice, like tofu, rice noodles or rice
  • some soy sauce (gluten free tamari)
  • handful of fresh herbs like cilantro

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop onion, garlic and ginger, and sautée (in some water) for a few minutes.
  2. Wash the Chinese cabbage, carrots and mushrooms, dice and add to the pan or wok.
  3. Fry for a few minutes and then add around 50 ml of soy sauce.
  4. Cook for around 5 more minutes, until veggies are tender.
  5. In the end, add some freshly chopped cilantro or other herbs of choice.
