YUMMY ASIAN STYLE STIR FRY WITH CHINESE CABBAGE [EASY VEGAN RECIPE] ♥
Hey you Asian Food Lovers out there! It's time for another Asian Style recipe, yay!
Today I'd like to share one of the easiest recipes EVER with you guys: An Asian style stir fry with Chinese cabbage and mushrooms. YUM! If you like this dish to be even more filling, you can add rice noodles or just normal rice.

Ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 3 rods of spring onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1 large carrot
- 400 g mushrooms
- other ingredients of choice, like tofu, rice noodles or rice
- some soy sauce (gluten free tamari)
- handful of fresh herbs like cilantro
Instructions
- Peel and chop onion, garlic and ginger, and sautée (in some water) for a few minutes.
- Wash the Chinese cabbage, carrots and mushrooms, dice and add to the pan or wok.
- Fry for a few minutes and then add around 50 ml of soy sauce.
- Cook for around 5 more minutes, until veggies are tender.
- In the end, add some freshly chopped cilantro or other herbs of choice.
