Hey lovely Steemians, what’s for breakfast?
This 5-minute oat breakfast is one of my veeery favorites! It’s perfect for your busy daily life because it’s super quick and easy. Plus, it is very filling and keeps you satisfied until lunchtime. These quick oats are super healthy because they are high in fiber, protein and keeps your digestion going. Also, the vitamins B1 and E in oats regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Enjoy 💚

Portions: 1
Ingredients:
- 150 g rolled oats
- 250 ml water
- 1 banana
- 2 dates
- ground vanilla and cinnamon to taste
- fruits, nuts and seeds of choice like kiwi, chopped almonds and goji berries
Instructions
- Blend the water together with the banana, the dates and the vanilla into a plant milk.
- Put the oats into a bowl and mix together with banana milk until smooth.
- Stir in some cinnamon and add fruits, nuts and seeds of your choice.

Aaaah Haferflocken - I grew up with porridge and prepare it still sometimes on a cold winter day. But this here looks delicious too !! :-)
