DIY: Healthy Vegan Granola | Granola selber machen

You love something crunchy in the morning but want a healthy breakfast? Then this yummy granola recipe without processed sugar is for you. In a few simple steps you have the perfect breakfast for a perfect start into the day 💚

Prep time: 35 min
Portions: 2 jars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • handful of sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 handfull of almond slivers
  • 20 g melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • healthy sweetener of your choice (my favorite is date syrup)

Instructions

  • Lay out a tray with baking parchment.
  • Wash buckwheat and put it in a bowl together with the other dry ingredients.
  • Add the melted coconut oil and the date syrup and stir well.
  • Evenlyplace everything on the baking tray and bake for around 20 to 40 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

Looks delicious. Do you have a vegan replacement for the yogurt?

The one in the picture is soy yogurt but I haven't made this myself. Another soy free alternative would the plantbased yogurt made from lupines ♥
