Recipe of yummy pancakes
I love to cook pancakes in my family just love. There is a simple recipe for pancakes that will not take much time
For cooking we will need
- Warm boiled water - 0.5 liters.
- Egg - 1 PC.
- Flour - 300 gr.
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
- A pinch of salt.
Pour into a bowl of 250 ml of warm water and egg, stirring constantly pour a pinch of salt. Gradually begin to add flour, do not stop stirring to avoid lumps. Once all flour will be introduced into the dough, pour the remaining 250 ml of water and mix everything well.
In the finished dough for pancakes pour a spoonful of sunflower oil and mix well.
Fry the pancakes in a hot pan, slightly greased with sunflower oil not more than 2 minutes on each side.
Our pancakes are ready, you can take any filling to taste it.
To make the pancakes remained soft, immediately after frying, they need to cover the dish. Bon appetit.
