Fresh lunch for today 6/28

A simple late lunch made by yours truly. Cucumber tomato cilantro doused in lime juice (would have added onion but I'm out). Takes two minutes to make and clean up. Best part is you don't weigh yourself down with a heavy meal, and it's very hydrating and nutritious.

Solid proof I can keep a vegan from starving! :p
