How To Make The Housing Crepes

 If the crepes are sold in malls often made dry, which is deliberately created a little wet, for a friend a cup of coffee in the morning .

Material : 

 1 egg
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 spoon of salt
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 cup of boiled water (if you want more thin and crispy, )
according to taste , plantains, strawberry jam, melted chocolate, other. 

Way :

-  Beat eggs, sugar and salt until well blended (I use a mixer but can also use a whisk manual) Stir in the flour, milk powder, baking powder, mix evenly. put the butter has melted, then enter the water, stir until mixed. 

-  Heat a dish (I use a cup size 20cm) on medium heat, fried dough, trimmed and smooth 

-  Give toppings to taste. In the example I use melted chocolate .

-   Let the half-dry (or dry if you want that crispy batter), folding the dough 2 .

-  Fold again triangular in shape, lift and serve .

-  Enjoy while warm with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning :-)
