How To Make Martabak Mini Sweet

 Create a business referral who want to make a sideline at home. 

Material :

  8 eggs
15 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 kg of wheat flour triangle
4 teaspoons instant yeast
4 spoons of full cream milk / coconut milk can be replaced
4 tablespoons melted margarine ± 160 gr
2 teaspoons baking powder
sufficient water

Way :

1. High-speed mixer with egg + sugar until well blended. Not have to white.  

2.  Put the melted margarine, yeast, milk powder and wheat flour gradually to avoid clumping add water until the texture is not too thin or thick hard.

3.  Let stand for ± 30 minutes until the dough is a little fluffy. Add baking powder, stir and leave again for 10 minutes .

4.   Prepare the mold with a small fire. Allow to heat then spread a little margarine. Pour the batter and print according to taste. Press the dough in order to get the edge martabak distinctive sweet (pardon my stove, it wears production;) .

5.  Wait until bubbles appear "new small closed 

6.  Remove and let cool 

7.  Ornamental according to taste
