How to Make "Bolu"/Sponge Cakes

Steemians, have you seen a large donut? It was here in called "sponge", a cake that is as wide as the plate, but with a round hole in the middle. In English is called "sponge cakes", this sponge becomes part of our lives, either since when people here started to make this type of food, but I think comes from foods brought from outside.

Cake with a round shape it has a sweet taste, and with chocolate sprinkles on top. Often brought to the feast, feast and served to every guest who visited our home.

How to make it complicated, just need to provide the following ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 230 grams of butter
  • 230 grams of sugar
  • 230 grams of wheat flour

And as a supplementary ingredient, provide:

  • 1 ounce mecces

When ripe, now remove it and place the cake onto a large plate, according to size. After that, apply a white butter on top, and sprinkle meses. For a more beautiful and delicious.
