
During the durian season, durian fruit market then the price becomes cheap, happened last night my husband bought three pieces. And now I'll work it into porridge eaten with sticky rice.

When it has the intention to create a slurry durian, we should first soak the glutinous rice. As this will take a long time, about 5 hours.
Why do we need to soak the glutinous rice? Because the sticky rice was not the same as ordinary rice, he will not be overcooked that we will immediately boil.
Well, I've been soaking glutinous rice 1kg.

After 5 hours, I then take the glutinous rice and cook me into sangku. The technique I use is steaming. Meanwhile, I have prepared three durian.

All durian I've peeled, and now I will take the contents of the meat.

I have prepared a large bowl, so that all the flesh of the durian fruit is loaded into it

Now I am going to cook the coconut milk. I have prepared a 1liter milk and I put a little sugar, salt and pandan leaves. After that I boiled and stir me so there is no muddy.

Now it's time to enter durian flesh in the coconut milk that I cooked earlier. Everything needs to mix evenly, so that the sticky durian flesh on the seeds can be fused with a sauce (puree).
