Google is your friend. Jamie Oliver is a native speaker of English.
I even know this cooperation between him and Hello Fresh. The original recipe was definitely not written in German by him. That's where your sentence does not make any sense at all.
I wonder what he would say about this...

    Ok no problem I fixed it. The recipt from HelloFresh was in german and translated it in english. Maybe Jamie has his own english version too. Thanks for your feedback and have a nice evening.
