STOUT FLOAT With Chocolate Foam.

Ingredients:-

• 1/2 cup of cream.
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
• 5 scoops vanilla ice cream.
• 1 bottle stout.

Method:-
MAKES 3 SERVINGS.

• For chocolate foam, place cream in a blender.

• Sift cocoa powder and sugar over cream. Blend on speed until mixture begins to thicken and looks foamy.

• Scoop ice cream into three glasses, pour over ice cream. Top with chocolate foam.

• Stout float is ready serve immediately.
