Tomato Eggs with salads- tasty delicious and nutritious (serve with bread roti or chip chapati)

QUICK RECIPE MAKE,S WHEN THERE NO TIME TO COOK
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 medium size tomato
2 Tablespoons olive oil or any cooking oil
salt add to sate
Directions:
Heat oil in cooking pan over medium heat until hot it
chop tomatos and pour in pan and fry with gently push 5 minutes
add salt to taste, better add just a little
then pour eggs and cover cooking pan with cap for 2 minutes
turn recipe onto plate
serve with breat roti or chip chapati
