Great job! I know in Korea it's hard to find, but if you can get your hands on an Outdoor BBQ, you can make even more amazing salmon by cooking it on a wooden plank, perferably Cedar! Then all the flavor from the wood goes into the Salmon. It's amazing!
Ahhh I'd love to try salmon bbq!! It looks like super high quality as well!! Yum ;)
